Our reception team returned to work today – Monday 29 June – which means our phone lines open and will be open Monday – Friday 9 am – 4 pm. We are expecting a high number of calls with so many clients eager to make appointments so we ask for your patience with us at this time.
The salon opens on Saturday 4 July
Please note that although we are open and our team are working extended hours we can only have half our team in at any one time due to social distancing. We are also allowing extra time for cleaning, sanitising as well as a few minutes for each stylist to be able to take their visor off for a few moments.
COLOUR
Please note that if you have coloured your own hair during lockdown we can’t colour your hair until we have done a skin test.
When you call to make your appointment please mention that you need a skin test and we will make an appointment to ensure it is done prior to your hair appointment. If your colour appointment is already booked please call, email or message us to make a skin test appointment from Monday.
BEAUTY REMAINS PAUSED
Please note that although we are open for hair our beauty services are not yet open due to the government guidelines. We will let you know when these appointments are available. Jacquie is keeping well and is eager to get back to work as soon as she is allowed.
