Happy March What is going on with this weather? I thought we were in spring.

We are heading to Manchester on 7 April with eight of the team members to see what happens with our nomination for Hair Salon of the Year. Whatever the result we are super proud to be in the final ten! We also got nominated for Team of the Year; this speaks for itself; what an amazing team I have!

Client 5/5 Review via text message
3 February 2024 Stylist: Annabel

“Lovely, friendly service & an excellent impromptu manicure!”
Appointment verified by Phorest Salon Software

Annabel our beautician is offering a relaxing head massage to release tension using oils, heat and comfort and chill. This is in the salon environment, so although relaxing, you have the noise of the salon in the background. We offer a warming blanket, eye mask and ear plugs for those who want extra quiet!

For your information, our quieter zones for this service are

Wednesday evenings 5-8
Friday afternoons 3-5
Saturday afternoons 3-3.30
Guest speaker

We are thrilled that Nik is guest speaking for Wella again in Manchester at the Lowry to salon owners from around the region.

She will be sharing her knowledge and tips on running a team and her plans for 2024.

Saturday Appointments with Apprentices
Our apprentices offer appointments on Saturdays for a reduced rate. Prices start from £15.
Little reminders
All colour work requires a skin test in advance and extra time needs to be allowed for the services.

Skin testing is really important for us please make sure you are up to date in the salon for this. If you are unsure whether you are up to date please just ask.

As always, thank you to Rebecca Julian-Dixon, my marketing team member, who makes this newsletter from me much more colourful and nicer to read.

THANK YOU for your support. Please feel free to reply with any questions or feedback for the team and I.
