TEAM
I’m so lucky to have an amazing team who have adapted so well to all the changes. They helped out before we opened to clean, sterile and organise the salon for your return.
Our stylists before and afters on clients have been incredible watch out for our social media posts or have look at a couple of the pictures below. To say I am proud is not enough. I am beaming with the work that is leaving the salon.
The reception team have dealt with endless calls and messages to organise everyone’s visits as quickly as possible. We are sorry if we took a while to address your call or message.
We had over 500 messages to work through in between the calls on the first few days. It was crazy but amazing!!
I think our reception team will be asking me for a rest soon!
We continue to work through the stampede of work, but we are winning and enjoying every minute although a little tired by the end of the week due to so many late nights and seven-day opening.
Assistants
Wow, they have worked their little socks off! They are keeping the salon clean and tidy as well as assisting the stylists where needed and keeping the client journey as smooth as possible.
Rebecca our marketing lady keeps you posted and me in check to keep everything as up to date as possible.
SALON
Although we are open and things are going really well safety for you and us is our top priority for your appointment and journey throughout the salon.
The salon looks great and the one-way system is working well.
We are thankful for all the reviews from clients that state we have got it right.

OPENING HOURS
Our opening times until the beginning of September are:
Monday – Friday: 9 am-9 pm / Saturday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm / Sunday: 9 am – 4 pm
BEAUTY
Jacquie has been back for a couple of weeks offering all nail services. We were due to open full services today but the government made a late change yesterday stopping this. We hope that Jacquie will be returning as soon as it is safe for her to do so. A lot of clients are eager for their eyebrow appointments!
Jacquie has done some lovely nail designs these last few months which we have been highlighting in emails, on social media and in the salon on our new display.
