The Oracle Curler uses brand new technology to enable you to create curls easier than ever before. Designed with a unique shape it enables users to create a variety of curls easily and efficiently.
As the hair leaves the Oracle it cools the hair which sets the curl. Cooling in this way means the curl should hold longer in all hair types.
