Jacquie has completed her training in Microblading and has been hard at work on case studies enhancing her new skill. There are some before and after photos below and a little more about this service.

We have our annual staff awards in January where we look back at the last 12 months. We also look to the future to see what we hope to achieve moving forward. It’s a chance for us to bond and ensures all our team continue to have the best interests of the business at heart while understanding what we do and why.
Congratulations also to Adam who has been promoted to a senior stylist. It has been lovely to follow his journey and this promotion is well-deserved.
About Microblading
The best way to think of Microblading is to think of it as a delicate tattoo style technique. We say delicate as gentle strokes are done by hand to ensure they look like fine eyebrow hairs. It is a semi-permanent beauty treatment. It is a none-machine method which means Jacquie uses a very fine blade made up of 7-21 tiny, fine needles. A numbing cream is used to ensure the client is comfortable. This white cream can be seen in some of the before and after pictures around the brows. It disappears shortly after the treatment.
As with all eyebrow styling, there is a choice of colour and shape which Jacquie, our beautician, discusses with the client. Results can last for up to 18 months.
It is very helpful for people who suffer from alopecia or other conditions that cause hair loss.
Microblading is done on a Sunday while the rest of the salon is closed to ensure a calm and private environment. We advise allowing around three hours for the appointment.
This service costs £250 which includes a six-week consultation and a top-up which allows Jacquie to do any slight adjustments like going darker or making the brows fuller.

If you have had a covid booster and have made an appointment for colour please book in for a skin test. You can do this by calling the salon on 01539729933 If you are booking a colour appointment please mention that you have had the booster so we arrange a skin test. Skin tests must be done 48 hours minimum before your appointment.

GREY
Our team have been taking part in courses all about embracing grey and the many options available. We offer consultations for anyone considering a change or wanting to find the best way to embrace their true grey.
We have enhanced our knowledge in revitalising naturally grey hair. For example with products, we can help clients remove any yellow from grey hair. We can also enhance naturally grey hair with specially formulated toners that mimic the natural hues of beautiful grey hair. If required we can also advise on how to increase volume and improve condition.
