Hair Team
Hitting the headlines! We did it, Jade, Lucy and Kate, have got through to the Wella Trend Vision Regional Finals held on the 15 th May at the Hilton in Manchester. The salon team and their families will be there to support them on the evening of the results. Good luck girls.
Wedding winner Bex and her fiancé Dave have won the Castle Green wedding competition to be held next year 27th April 2019 for 60 guests. Well done and thank you to anyone who voted.
As always, our passion for learning and developing the team is at the top of our business.
Eleanor and Fiona have joined Jade in the Hair extension team. lots of updates and a new service added to this service. EasiTape is one we are particularly excited about. Have you ever wanted fuller, longer hair? Complimentary consultations and colour matching available.
Ellie will be making a few trips to Manchester to excel her cutting and gents styling we will look forward to seeing the results.
Kate will be visiting the Wella academy in Manchester to extend her colour knowledge and techniques.
Adam will be the joining the Wella Sebastian MOB team in Edinburgh. He will work with the styling range and work on some session styling looks to bring back to the team and clients.
Kerastraight – All the styling team will be updating their skills for this service.

Beauty Team
Lucy has been busy with EVL lashes, perfect for anyone going on a holiday.
Fiona and Lucy will be going to train in gel overlays in May/June, this is the perfect way to add length and get the same results as acrylic without the tips and strong-smelling chemicals.
Reception/Salon co Ordinator’s
Tash, Sara and Ellen Are extending their knowledge and training with the Wella team on services and bookings. This will enable them to run a more efficient booking system to minimize any mistakes for our guests.
Data Protection Act update.
As all other businesses will be taking on the new GPDR system enforcement. we will be requiring all clients to fill out our new forms from the 26th May to comply with this legislation. All data will be accessed through the iPad and not stored on our main computer system. our reception team can assist you with the form if necessary. once done an update of 3 months will be required. thank you for your patience.
We will be re decorating the salon in stages starting in the back colour salon to refresh the paint work and walls. and working through the salon to reception over the next few months.
Website – We will be updating our website in May too, don’t forget you can book appointments through our website and our Daniel Gray app.
